Tips on Creating/Submitting a complaint:

When submitting an online complaint against a business it is very important to include the full company name and location of the business in the title. When you go to our complaint form it asks for the company name/title. A good example of a title is as follows: XYZ Company - Charlotte NC - Is A Scam!

Write your complaint as detailed as possible, but try to keep it no more than 400 words. A long complaint will be difficult for others to read. Short and sweet is always better than long and boring!

Do not include email addresses, social security numbers, bank info, or any financial related information within your complaint
